You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Tags and proof of purchase must be included
How to Start a Return
Email us at hbakchoices@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92 3140533095. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
Note: Please don’t send items back without contacting us first – they won’t be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received something damaged or wrong? Contact us immediately after receiving your package. We’ll make it right – fast.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods (flowers, plants)
- Intimate collections or flammable items
- Beauty or opened care products
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
Need a different item? Simply return the original product, and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
EU Customers – 20 Day Cooling-Off Period
If you’re located in the EU, you have 20 days to return items without reason – as long as they’re unused, in original packaging, and have proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time.
